The location was excellent. It's near tube stations. decor was simple and nice. the bed was comfortable. reception staff were cute too.

Solid Stay Near Gloucester Road

convenient location nearby restaurant clean room prompt assistance

The hotel's location near Gloucester Road Underground Station proved very convenient. I found several cafes and restaurants nearby, nice. The room was very comfy and tidy. It suited my needs well. The staff was friendly, providing prompt assistance when I needed it.

The room got quite warm and the provided fan did little to alleviate it.

The reception area has a modern look. There IS free-flowing water available . I also noticed a coffee machine in the lobbywith complimentary drinks. It was functional .

The front-of-house staff were pleasant and helpful . They gave me quick and efficient responses. The staff were available to answer questions. I appreciated this professionalism.

My room included a comfortable bed. The room was clean on arrival. I did appreciate the coffee machine. The bathroom had all essential toiletries. I did not need to request anything extra.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to underground and public transport. The building is located in a quiet area. A walk to Kensington Gardens takes only a short time. Several shops are nearby.

clean room friendly staff

the room was clean and cosy, with very comfortable beds and sheets. i felt at home, and the staff was friendly and helpful (which i really appreciated).

the code needed several repetitions to work.
