the location was excellent, a short walk to the station. the building is also lovely and situated in a nice quiet area. the staff was friendly, and the room was very clean.

The hotel's location near Gloucester Road Underground Station proved very convenient. I found several cafes and restaurants nearby, nice. The room was very comfy and tidy. It suited my needs well. The staff was friendly, providing prompt assistance when I needed it.
The room got quite warm and the provided fan did little to alleviate it.

The reception area has a modern look. There IS free-flowing water available . I also noticed a coffee machine in the lobbywith complimentary drinks. It was functional .

The bed was very small for two people. The shower was really tiny. I only had one chair in the room.
